Examine the statue, then the man, then the staff. At the fork in the center of the map, speak to Durance. There’s some good fighting to be had in this area so make sure to move around everywhere and clock up those kills. Defeat it and speak to Foelmar again to receive some potions of minor endurance. When you arrive in Magran’s Fork, head straight east (off the road) and talk to Foelmar.
